Discussion by Council, Vote, or Other Action on approval of any and all action and authorizing the
execution of any and all documents necessary to effectuate the conveyance and transfer of real
estate to the Town of North Smithfield, purchase title insurance, terminate conservation easement,
and lease real estate to Rhode Island Solar Renewable Energy V, LLC regarding AP 14 Lots 7,8,
105, 254; AP10 Lot 218. Documents include but are not limited to:
1. Deeds of conveyance and transfer of real estate to the Town of North Smithfield and purchase title insurance policy.
2. Solar Land Lease Agreement (the “Lease”) made and entered into by and between Rhode Island Solar Renewable Energy V, LLC, (“Lessee”), and the Town of North Smithfield, (Lessor)
3. Termination of the Conservation Easement recorded in the Land Evidence Records of the Town of North Smithfield, Rhode Island.
